• Life expectancy
  
  BBA-Certified in excess of 40 years, the membranes are proven in all climates with excellent weather resistance. They are solar reflective and dimensionally stable, meaning they are UV resistant and do not shrink, stretch or lose their shape.

• Low maintenance and long-lasting appearance
  
  They benefit from a lacquered top coating which provides better resistance to waste and air pollution, whilst being vapour permeable and allowing small amounts of moisture to evaporate, preventing blistering or slumping, which are common problems in traditional flat roofs.

• Green roof suitability
  
  They are suitable for use under green roofs due to their resistance to root growth.

• Fire retardant
