Aim Developments Ltd specialises in single-ply roofing advice, supply and installation, and has been providing high quality roofing services for over 40 years. Based in Perth, we operate throughout Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands.

Established in 1982, the company has built its reputation as a first-class roofing contractor on our excellent workmanship, our service to our clients and the quality of products that we provide and install. We are proud of our hard-earned reputation and our focus on the people and products that continue to deliver to our high standards.

We were one of the first companies in the country to make use of single-ply membrane technology, recognising the potential of this versatile roofing option. Now a mature technology, single-ply membranes are seen as the premier covering for flat roofs. With our extensive experience in this area, we offer an excellent range of single-ply roofing membrane products for clients and specialise in supplying and installing this effective roofing choice.

We are fully insured with both Public and Employers Liability cover of £10,000,000. And, with a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001:2015, and accreditations from Achilles and Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), our commitment to maintaining standards throughout our organisation is clear.

JB Safesite – Safety & Construction Training in Scotland have been appointed to provide us with advisory and training services in matters relating to workplace occupational health and safety.

We are also members of The Scottish Building Federation, Constructionline and trade members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) and Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA), and are committed to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
